The GDPR Compliance option helps you meet privacy requirements by asking visitors to accept your terms before starting a chat.
- GDPR Compliance (Toggle) → When enabled, a checkbox appears in the chat form. Visitors must check it to proceed with a conversation.
- GDPR Compliance Message → You can fully customize the message shown next to the checkbox, including links and formatting.
Example:
“Please accept our [privacy policy] before starting a conversation.”
This ensures users give explicit consent before their data is shared through WhatsApp.
