WhatsApp Chat Help Pro is fully translatable and supports integration with popular multilingual plugins such as:
- WPML
- Polylang

- Loco Translate

Translating the Plugin #
1. Using PoEdit #
- Open the default translation template:
/wp-content/plugins/chat-help-pro/languages/chat-help-pro.pot
- Translate strings into your desired language.
- Save the files with the proper naming convention:
chat-help-pro-LOCALE.po
andchat-help-pro-LOCALE.mo
👉 Example: German → chat-help-pro-de_DE.po
/ chat-help-pro-de_DE.mo
- Upload the translated files back into the
/languages/
folder. - WordPress will automatically load the correct language files if your site language matches the file’s locale code.
2. Using Multilingual Plugins #
- With Loco Translate, you can translate directly from the WordPress dashboard.
- With WPML or Polylang, plugin strings appear in their string translation interface.
- With TranslatePress, translations can be applied directly from the frontend editor.
- With Weglot, translations are handled automatically after setup.
