The Timezone setting ensures your availability matches your local working hours, even if visitors are browsing from other parts of the world. Each agent can set their own timezone, so global teams display the correct schedule.
The Availability setting lets you define working hours for each day of the week (Sunday–Saturday) using the 24-hour format (e.g., 09:00–18:00). To mark a full day as offline, set both “From” and “To” times to 00:00. When agents are outside these times, their status automatically switches to offline, and visitors will see your custom offline message.
